Le verger s'étend jusqu'au bord de la piscine. Le jardin d'herbes aromatiques s'étend jusqu'au seuil de la cuisine. Le soir, le parfum de la citronnelle se mêle au bruissement des chênes-lièges qui se refroidissent dans l'obscurité.

Tout nous a tout simplement plu dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre et très spacieuse. Le jardin et l'ensemble de l'hôtel dégageaient une atmosphère très calme et détendue. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, et le restaurant de l'hôtel proposait une cuisine thaïlandaise succulente. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Des chambres spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées. La piscine était idéale pour un bain rafraîchissant après une journée passée à découvrir la région. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit et sa vue – parfaite pour déguster un verre de vin en soirée. Le restaurant « Siam » est excellent pour le dîner. Le personnel est formidable.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Magnifique vue sur les arbres fruitiers du jardin, jusqu’à Faro. C’était très agréable de pouvoir s’asseoir à plusieurs endroits dans l’enceinte de l’établissement. Les repas au « Siam » ainsi que le petit-déjeuner étaient excellents.

De magnifiques chambres spacieuses et aménagées dans un style moderne, nichées au cœur de vastes vergers, de potagers et d'animaux de ferme. Un cadre calme et pittoresque. Les repas au restaurant thaïlandais étaient excellents – nous y avons mangé trois fois en quatre jours – et le personnel était attentionné, serviable et extrêmement aimable.

  • Neuf chambres décorées individuellement, toutes différentes les unes des autres. Des suites avec jardin, des chambres doubles avec vue sur la montagne et une chambre familiale pour quatre personnes. Climatisation, Wi-Fi et petit-déjeuner compris.

  • Le « Siam Authentic Cuisine » fait découvrir la cuisine thaïlandaise à la campagne portugaise. Le chef Ray utilise des herbes aromatiques de son propre jardin et des produits provenant de fermes locales. Le déjeuner et le dîner sont servis tous les jours sauf le mardi. Il est recommandé de réserver.

  • La nature est à deux pas. Vous pouvez commencer la journée par une séance de yoga sur la terrasse ou une promenade tranquille dans le verger. L'après-midi, la piscine est entièrement à votre disposition. Un peu plus loin se trouvent la Ria Formosa, les plages de l'Algarve et la vieille ville de Faro, toutes facilement accessibles. Les soirées se terminent au Siam dans une ambiance unique. Chaque séjour est unique.
